Like most people I have not seen the management agreement between BBI and BNB. It is my understanding however that if BNB goes into admin, then the management agreement ceases at no cost to BBI. I am sure this will become clearer if BNB goes into admin, however the banks will not want this so some agreement may be reached with BNB noteholders. Time will tell.
