They have all been discussed in detail here over a long period of time throughout 2008 so I won't waste time posting the same old information.
Great to have ' new ' devils advocate views however some further research maybe valuable to clear up many of your misconceptions.
As to the Packer Group and SE investment intentions and reasons for being in some raising and not in others, I would not even begin to guess their investment strategies, other than to note they are both very secure and very happy long term holders who are here for the long haul.
