1. we do not have to pay principal in cash but can convert to shares if we choose. So our remaining cash can stay.
However we still have 300,000 tonnes to provide under our contract for 2009 to WISCO
2. YA Global would not undertake the arrangement if there wasn't an upside potential to the arrangement. Why get shares would you could ask for cash and run in this environment no one does it unless they know more????
Its obvious a big deal is happening we have not seen.
3. Feb 19 is the magic date and i believe the legal pressure on Farkus over fraud in the court is part of an effort to twist his arm to hand over Wyndams stake without repercussions.
4. What abut that Titanium rumour we heard a while back in reference to Bulman ... ???
