Recently vingroup have put the vinschools (over 20) and vin mec hospitals on the market because they are losing money. Strategy for vingroup moving forward is consolidating industry and manufacture. Electric bikes and electric motorbikes are becoming popular (have one myself...and blazingly fast). Vietnam is in pause mode while they assess tourism and agriculture against manufacturing and foreign investment. BSX is a likely winner going forward as the country wrestles manufacturing away from China. Koreans and Japanese business ventures are in Vietnam in droves and Hanoi now contemplating 2nd airport. . I recently picked up BSX after due diligence against their investment strategy, partners and Vietnamese projects. I am hoping for BSX site visit sometime before xmas.
