I agree, YA are effectively taking a 25% stake in the company with no option to demand cash other than the initial payment of US$4m + US$25K fee.

This will instantly put YA at the top of the Top20 shareholder list by a long shot. As such, YA cant sell their shares without market notification.

I do not believe YA would do this if they thought the company had no future. Furthermore, if YA thought the sp was heading below 3c they would not have done the deal.

The loan is clearly designed to be quickly converted to shares before the sp is expected to rise. A substantial rise in the sp would see the company opt for making another placement and early repayment of the outstanding YA loan.

Clearly YA want ADY shares and and want them quick???

Anybody know why???

I estimate ADY has only $1.8 cash remaining.
