Once again a post full of dribble and not much substance. You are right when you say that a copmany in liquidation can not transfer assets etc. But when were those assets transfered? Under insolvency provisions it would only apply to transactions up to 6 months prior to the liquidation.

For some reason you are hell bent on talking this company down. Get your facts straight if you are going to post in a factual context.
