Markie I'm not sure where you learnt how to conduct valuations because I'm seriously doubting your ability to think straight.Partnerships and deals for preclinical assets happen all the time, and if you believe that biotechs only have value when drugs have been approved then you should probably leave this industry and find one where you can actually begin to understand. Just some friendly advice.
