This thing got smacked down by the FDA after a 9-1 ODAC vote. Think about that.
Think about what the FDA is trying to tell you.
They know this additional trial will be a mammoth task for MSB and there’s always a chance they won’t pull it off (the issues ethical and otherwise are well documented).
Have you considered the FDA is sending the company on a fools errand to wash their hands of rejecting a potentially life saving treatment with few alternatives? (Assuming you believe that the treatment is as good as touted on these forums).
