    You are right. These guys are not penalised/scrutinised in any way for making unreasonable recommendations.

    However, there are people out there in the market that are following their recommendations. Hence we saw the selloff (especially the recent one) of VPG with Goldman "Sucks" and JP Morgan both recommending sell.

    It happened to CER/CNP previously as well. I remember it was Goldman "Sucks" also.
