It's oversold only because some ppl are trying to trade UMC and it ain't working.
An insto recently sold out of PLV for whatever reason and I'm sure some saw it as opportunity to pick up some stock on the cheap to make a quick buck on the back of drilling results. The market depth suggests that they got it wrong.
