There was Suriname. Declared a "tight hole" by the government over there. I've always interpreted those kinds of regulations as being nothing more than an opportunity for corrupt officials in the natural resource departments to buy or sell shares before the results are released to the market.
Anyway, only $35,000 of shares traded today, so not huge interest. Resistance is at 10c, so it might run if it can break above that level.
