I don't see how any confidentiality agreements have been broken as no names were mentioned. I guess you would have to take a guess at who the 2 of the 3 were. Perhaps the mere suggestion of the big 3 is enough to breach the confidentiality clause however I am sure they would be able to argue their way out of it. One would think RIO is not in an aquisitory position at the moment suggesting they are not one of the 2 mentioned.

Agreed though, you must take broker info with a pinch of salt. He also mentioned though that they are hoping to make an announcement re partner in the first half of the year. Should be interesting to see what is going to happen.
