I think Tesla paid back enough for its investors by multiplying its share price by 150 after the IPO, and the price increase compared with before IPO valuations must be much more.

And doing a $5 billion USD CR with only 1.4% dilution was a genius move.

But hey, I am just one of the many owners, this is only my opinion. There might be people who hate the idea of doing a 150 bagger in 10 years. I am not one of those, and I only bought in last year, so I have only a Disallowed, still pretty happy about it.

Regarding their European sales, they are a global company. Please check out their global sales growth and compare it with other OEMs during the pandemic. Hint: Tesla up 40%, others down.
