I drove cabs for about 6 years, whilst I finished my degree and afterwards to make extra money.
I could share some great stories with you. Driving taught me that the city I live in (Melbourne) isn't just the one face I see in my life. It has millions of faces, rich, poor, ugly, beautiful, hopeful and hopless.
I started off believing that the whole world was like the people in my tiny little corner of it only to learn that I knew jack about anything.
Your stories made me remember those days, made me remember all the emotions I would go through in a single night. Fear, compassion, lust, pity and world-weariness and so many others.
