Just think of how different the current situation would be had a JORC been announced and a fair deal done with a different off-take partner. BWN would be in much better shape - not to mention we'd all be a lot wealthier!
Instead, sadly, there has been no JORC announced and thanks to the influence of Bhsuhan we are losing more time and more money. Just look at the premiums being paid for neighbouring coal resources in recent times
It's not too late for a change but as Wizard has pointed out it's in shareholders' hands.
I wonder what's been done about resolutions 6-10, a pending announcement perhaps.
