Canary Capital and one other institution took the whole lot.
If that is the case then they did the underwriting?????
The prospectus said that it was NOT underwritten therefore the shortfall should of been distributed amongst all those that applied and scaled back based on a percentage.
I'm urging all of you who subscribed to complain via phone call as this is clearly a grab for cash unfairly.
