RJ - They've covered their arses with the statement below that was contained in the email communications. The communications from the investor relations via email wouldn't stand up very well.
I'd hapily contribute to legal action, however who would you get the money from? Tamaya resources has around -$100m last time I checked. Their assets will be sold soon, and some banks will get some of their money back, then there'll be zip. The sooner this happens the quicker we can move on. Unless you can find a secret stash of cash, or some asset that is actually worth something, I don't think it's looking very good.
