I wonder if part of the sell off is a realization that maybe we will not be supplying a covid solution any time soon. If we ignore conspiracy theories for now then if Mr Trump is indeed doing better righ now with his covid progress this can only be due to the interventions he was given, especially the resmedivir and Regeneron's REGN Cov2? If he went into hospital with breathing issues and low oxygen, and is now up and about then maybe covid issues are now under control with current treatments. This would mean focus would come off "new" treatments, especially if they dont be long to US pharma.
maybe rce still has a place in later treatment after serious symptoms have progressed further, ie sepsis or lung infection, but it seems early halting of progress is going well. Certainly global death rates seem to have fallen. And let's face it Trump must have been in a high risk group.
