Thanks ronstieb,
Agreed, we need AED to get more production on line (at sufficient profit margins) before we can have more confidence.
However as AED has been silent on Puffin 7 since December I think we need to seek further information on the companys intentions (I have sent a share holder email and will let you know if I get a response).
My next logical thought is what is the value of the oil in the ground that is yet to be developed for production i.e. how much would the company realise if they sold their remaining 40%?
Obviously the market has moved significantly since the transaction with Sinopec, however there is still a value to this resource and it may help us determine if the market is under/over pricing. Thoughts from anyone?
Ideally we would want the company to get itself into positive cash flow and use these funds to fund further investment in exploration, production and acquistions, however I also would like to get my head around the worst case scenario.
