1. Way too much with CPS to walk away from this.
2. Plenty of projects out there looking for a shell company.. think outside the box.. heaps of stranded oil and gas plus copper/ Nic in the U.S/ Canada in particular.
3. Director buying big a few months ago.
4. Deferred salaries - good chance there is a liquidity event coming that they know they will be able to raise into or better yet get the oppies into the money. They would have bled this out completely if they knew it was cooked.
5. Top 20- very important that you check that as that actually tells you a great deal.
