Upgrading those 5 year old servers might be happening - if they dont more outages like this will persist. Could just be the back end equipment can no longer cope or they could be changing banner ads - one would think with the surge in users that HC would be on the ball but they are losign customers or banner ad revenue by the bucketload today.
