Just when I was very confident in SAR management, this happens.
SAR is very undervalued in this 'merger'.....
I am quite disappointed.
SAR has just spent the last 5-6 years pouring huge amounts of capital into their business, and now NST shareholders benefit?????
SAR were about to announce their first dividend in the next 6 months.

@nordesmic - would love to hear your thoughts on this.

I do realise that the merged entity will likely trade at an even greater premium, perhaps closer to NCM, yet... I just feel SAR was about to boom, growth wise, and this just seems to say, that maybe that was not the case...

Changed my sentiment to hold.
