Gmv last 12 mths earning was only u$5.5m, accumulated losses $63m since 2015. On top of that it has a history of convetable notes, poor communication, not repling to daily emails.
And Gmv is a Israel startpup and Cayman company, etc etc.

Imo there must be a typo by yacov' secretary on the reverse split ratio:
*It must be 1/180, not 1/18*.
