I've been glass half full on Mayne for nearly 4 years now, and I can tell you, this is not in any way good news. There is no such thing as a rejection from the FDA. It is either approved or CRL. The CRL means Mayne has to answer more questions (which took them 12 months last time, sounds like it might be sooner this time) and then the timeline starts again - either 8 months if no site inspection required or 10 months if site inspection required. The same timeline will be for the other WH product that just got a CRL. The E4 commentary does sound positive, but the problem is that this decision is still 6 months away and will come around before Nuvaring so Mithra have still had no products approved by the FDA. So... I will eat all of my words, as recent as yesterday... sold on the open, time to look elsewhere as there is nothing good to see here in the short term. Still holding in my super. May consider re-entry coming up to E4 depending on the price, AGM and half yearly, and if I'm prepared to risk my kahuna's again on this POS company. Good luck to all continuing holders - you sure as hell deserve some.
