    excellent post swap.

    do you have any idea of how much / what assets bnb actually owns? i find it extremely hard to believe that bnb is trading with no assets and $600m of debt.

    imo bnb has to disclose "in the next few days" exactly what capacity they have to pay and how this compares to the offer they will make.
