    Thanks for the motivational spiel.

    I'm actually reassessing and thinking I will offload 40% at $1.35. After tax, that will give me enough dividend stocks to live comfortably on. I would ideally like double that, so I could afford a family as well, if that were to eventuate.

    Then I could live my life as a visiting fellow at a university doing research I enjoy and not having to work for money. Absolute dream!

    I think NC6 getting to $1.35 in three or four years is realistic, but things will need to go right for the company. I expect a re-rate once peppercorn agreements for supply are reached and then another rerate once we are turning a profit. I have three other investments that I plan on doing a similar sell-off for dividend stocks.
