Mr Beament moving to a non-executive role after the transition, is somewhat surprising, because he's been the main executive behind the rise of NST from the start. As a non-executive, I wonder how much time he will then spend on NST, and why he is moving away from a hands-on role. It's puzzling, unless he wants to spend more time with the family, or get involved with some other business interests. Has anyone heard reasons for this move? Personally, I would be very much surprised if he became a non-executive from July 1st 2021, and suggest that things might change by then and he will remain an executive but this is just a temporary concession to get this merger over the line.
