Last Friday I asserted the following:

“The likelihood of another CR is obvious to most except you. Why else would LKE pull an EGM on 15 OCT 2020 (so close to a AGM), to re-boot the 15% of SOI CR capacity.

““If this Resolution is passed, the issue of the August Placement shares will be excluded in calculating the Company’s 15% capacity to issue equity securities under Listing Rule 7.1 without Shareholder approval over the 12-month period following the issue date.””

Step 1 - Delay the Hazen results till after the EGM.
Step 2 - Re-boot the 15% capacity at the EGM.
Step 3 - Release the Hazen Ann post EGM.
Step 4 - Carry out a CR.

Look and sound familiar...rinse & repeat.”

LKE are re-booting their 15% capacity at an EGM on 15 OCT 2020. Why??

The AGM will presumably be held in November, circa one month after the EGM. Why the rush (and expense) with an EGM ahead of and so close to an annual event - AGM??
