David.... just to answer your query earlier on MGR...... I would leave it alone at the moment.... its had its little recovery.
I think its problem is "work in progress". Its retrenched 50% of its design staff (future work) and to my knowledge its only current work is finishing Magenta Shores... apartment block in Sydney and one in Surfers... plus residential which is flat.
Heaps of money tied up in land..... big debt.
I only trdaed it when it was sold down in the 80's.... I think $1.00 is it mark.
