Over the weekend I emailed SBW and re a Japan self serve trial and got a quick response which impressed me.

Very surprised to get a call this afternoon from the SBW Australian business manager the afternoon asking if there was anything else he could help me with.

Great guy to talk to and couldn't be more helpful if he tried!

He pointed me to the RAAS research on SBW (google it if you haven't already seen it) and also noted that there will be a newspaper article out on my favorite SBW project in the near future.
He advised he would send me a copy once published just in case i miss it (will post here when received)

Very professional and well spoken guy. Reassures me that these guys are on the ball and know exactly where they're heading.
