You do realise that a DCF is a cashflow projection into perpetuity so terminal (and outer year) value has significant impact on valuation today as oppose to near-term cashflow. This is why that if you can look past COVID and assume recovery in alot of the COVID impacted businesses out there the valuation dont change much.
Separately, stupid question to experts here, would COVID impact the results of CHF given these are people with underlying conditions and may die as a result of COVID caused complications to the heart?
