Well given the table is representative of the experience of ALL customers of ALL telcos over an extended period of time without any presumptive bias and your experience is indicative of one person with 2 telcos with presumptive bias (given you happen to be a shareholder of one of those 2 telcos) I think I'll go with the table if you don't mind thanks.
