CHK is my gamble of 2020, the one I allowed myself to hold longer than I normally would.

The 200m hit in hole 1 is of little interest but that lump of brown stuff in hole 2 is what we want to see.

Have a look at BHP's Olympic Dam VS CHK's intercept - looks similar right?



It appears they've hit paydirt and the chances of hitting anything was very, very, very slim.

Did BHP hit on their first hole? Nope.
What about the first hole at Carrapetina (now OZL)? Nope.

Admittedly this is our second hole but it's the one that was meant to be drilled first from memory. If BHP had our land and hit this I dare say they'd be planning a handful of holes stepping out from it in search of a bigger chunk of the orebody.

Fingers crossed they hit more in the last 150m of hole 2.
