Don't count out BHP or the Swannn/ Rudd duo. If what's reported here comes true it's a sham (IMHO)
IMO it's not in Australia's interests (as much as it might be in Rio's CEO and Board's interests) to flog theses prized assets to the Chinese. Not too mention the circumnavigation of Australian T/O laws by gaining so much control...
