The tribuneral is highly likely to hand down in RWD favour. That somone wants out is no suprise after all this time and given some quite distressed holders no doubt. The selling also creates fear and causes more stop losses. Could be selling to pay for option conversions or selling down half in case doesn't go well. An illiquid stock is always a bugger to get out of especially in this sort of market. Lets hope he doesn't have too many left but it wont change the outcome of the tribuneral or the share price once access is granted and a partner is sort to develop.
