I'm expect they will do one at some point, I am surprised they havent yet. I guess they believe that they are either making progress or they are not. There will always be an expense involved in consolidation and I think quite often it is done when they anticipate raising a lot more cash. I would expect any consolidation to take place at or near next cr, so if they do consolidate be prepared for the following cr.
