Linaker, but you miss the main point. The loan is being exchanged for shares created out of thin air. (Money for nothing!) If ady go broke what are those shares worth? Zilch! What would the loan be worth if it were not exchanged for shares. The full amount!
So for some reason YA prefer unsecured shares in preference to a secured repayable loan? YA would only do that if ADY had shown them something that would increase to sp.
