In recession times, LEI was able to contiue winning contract ... ie. 37.5b work in the pipeline, what would the share worth even at discount price? I think the share price should be moving up from here. Good for those who believe in fundamentals and hold these share when it went down to almost $16. Fear create opportunity !!! :-).
