And it seems ridiculous that carbon emissions desitined for export are exculed from the 5% tally.
So we have a policy that doesnt include major carbon emission offenders, plus we have a 5% aim that has already been met so that the government can now rest on its laurels for another 12 years.
Go figure that one out and complain if you dont like it - just dont do NOTHING about it!
