sydney propery market, page-3

Hi AJ, my opinion only, but if i were going to buy property in the next year, i would buy in Sydney. I suppose we tend to go with what we know. I know the qld & Sydney, but i don't know melbourne that well. I just think there are some great opportunities in Sydney. I remember looking (just out of interest) around Manly (because i lived there for a year) back in 2003. Prices have not really changed too much since then. I remember living in Sydney in the late 90's and at the same time i had a house on the Gold Coast. I couldn't understand why Sydney was booming and i had no growth whatsoever in QLD. Maybe that is a lesson learned. Sydney, might be the first to move again and maybe a year or more after, the rest will follow.
