Good to see Delphi still buying up everything they can. My understanding is that Delphi are limited by creeping provisions as they are over 20% and haven't made a T/O bid and likely will not as they are investors not miners.
I wonder what Delphi knows that we don't for them to be buying up.

Again the people with the real money see what retail are not seeing here. Good vote of confidence.
