Im not sure - from the ann: " the Company in respect of the outcome of the capital raising initiative"

That reads to me like they are using the next few days to raise it from sophs/brokers/sub-holders, the raise is already guaranteed by way of the underwriter so the only outcome they could be waiting on is to see how many the others will take.

Would like to see them raise $3 mill plus, it will more than fund the acquisition and have some left over for a bit of breathing room and chase the next acquisition and company growth. Lets see how we go, if it fills quickly we will have news sooner than Monday.

Hopefully a bunch go to some sticky holders, I know via twitter that Tolga was sniffing around a couple of months back, was offered a meeting with management, maybe it happened? If he jumped in his herd will follow.... Just one of a few possibles, the other are the Smedleys and Norster...plenty of high worth individuals about.
