Not a holder but I'm looking for a REE investment.
VML was one of the first that stood out for me, only because of the chart, but then I looked at how many shares on issue and at the Annual report and saw another load of unlisted options all in the money and some performance rights and shares. 1.4billion in total or thereabouts... WOW.
I see 400 million of the rights were recently converted so just another 1 billion to go.
So if they're all converted there'll be 3.5billion shares issued before any capex equity. Assuming they get that far!!
