These are all performance options and only be given if they meet the milestones.
One of those milestones is offtake agreement. I am happy to give them bonus if they can achieve important mile stones which are vital for company's progress.
This management has achieved all of the milestones is the past hence we are on our way to production by mid next year.
on your post you have said VML stood out but may be you are not aware of out management team..
