Acadia's Scotia Mill might be a fly in the ointment for ATV. ATV's quarterly suggests that use of that Mill would reduce the amount of capital investment needed by ATV but is not the cheapest way to produce gold. financiers and the Nova Scotia government appear to prefer the option of ATV investing in its own plant. this being so, i wonder is ATV wanting to prise Acadia's deposits apart from its Mill.
