To throw a segue in the mix, I saw another post about irregular trading. Think if I recall it was an after market trade to sell, This before the CRL. I can only assume (and hope) it was some sort of cross trade made to another institutional investor as it was blatantly done; but obvious something was up.
The trade was for a parcel 4million Share @ 15million value at 5pmish. @ lower than the after market close trading SP, There has been growing comment, as I have about legal action against the FDA for not following its own guideline…… and then I thought why the FDA acted in this way.
I came across this little story wondering about the FDA itself. … and in this context doesn’t really help MSB cause as any legal path would be lengthy in whatever context. Some have said there are other legal process in the FDA to contest a decision…but any way ……
INSIDER TRADING has been looked at before with the FDA leaking information.
