Key points:

- have not contacted Tesla directly RE Tonopah due to it being an early stage project, although considering the results of battery day they might just do so. Have met a former Tesla executive before.

- I mentioned the fact he is the director of other companies and he is probably very busy. His reply to that was

“Regarding my other commitments, my main focus and priority is AGY, especially given our progress and development stage achieved to date, and how good a project we have that I feel we will be successful with our strategy for such.”

- AGY is pushing the potential investor group as much as they can, however, constrained by their timing. Nonetheless “positive that we can meet our target date (or very close to)

- being selective to secure the best funding solution that is achievable for us. Best option taking longer than we would like obviously. Priority is to ensure funding result is positive and ensure long term success of company.

- CAPEX solution soon. Stage 2/3 off take dependent on the product qualification process.
