even if they managed to do some good at the young end - they are going to guaranteed give themselves (and us) a bigger problem at the other end - and, my guess is that problem at the aged end is going to cost the nation far far far more in it's problem than it would ever get as benefit at the other end

look at also what they hope to achieve with their little lever pulling ---------- there's zero logic to it ---------- it 'might' have been logical when society was changing at a comparative snails pace in the 1950's - but, it's just farcical now
