The gem deal did nothing to the sp. it was the Alcoa that did.
I’m just saying 46m as sweetener is too much. Gem making a killing, esp if fyi draws down at sp lower than $1. And if fyi wouldn’t use the facility, gem would walk away with 20% of the company for nothing.
