I expect a big announcement regarding the incorporation of a new USA company to effect the licencing agreement between MDM and the established USA investment group.

In fact, inspite of having TGA, FDA and European Union approval for about last one year, MDM could not perform any significant commercial deal for it's unique products. Let's hope this new company in which MDM will retain a major ownership through its share-holding
(where the value of that asset will be in excess of A$ 13,000,000) will bring a good luck to MDM and it's share holders.
